KHOA Announcements/News

• Note to Residents:  The annual HOA dues statement will be sent shortly. Please remember that the dues are to be mailed no later than April 15th. If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact a trustee.
  
  
• The Kensington HOA has received several comments / suggestions regarding better communication with the residents. In the annual dues statement you will find an area where you may include your e-mail address. This will allow you to receive an update from the HOA’s website as well as receive pertinent information in a more timely manner.
  
  
• With the late start to the construction of the pond / creek, the grass was not able to grow as much as we had hoped for. Once the weather breaks the HOA will have a contractor replace some lost soil and reseed the affected areas. PLEASE stay off these areas until the grass has adequate time to grow!

• Please remember that there is no swimming, leisure boating, or obstructions allowed in and/or on the watershed area.  These items directly affect our insurance liability.
  
  
• We’re looking to properly welcome new residents to the neighborhood.  If you know of, or see a new neighbor, please let the Board know so we can contact them and welcome them to the neighborhood.

The next HOA meeting will take place on Thursday, April 16th at Ben Poeppelman’s House.  The meeting starts at 7pm and usually lasts 1 hour. All residents are welcome to attend.
