KHOA Announcements/News

• The HOA is currently contacting professional contractors / excavators to evaluate the issues surrounding the pond / creek. Once multiple quotes have been received the HOA will reevaluate the situation.
  

• Ballots for the vacant Vice President and Landscape Approval positions currently being collected and tallied. Once a final count has been completed the HOA will announce the appointed positions.
  
  
• Please remember that there is no swimming, leisure boating, or obstructions allowed in and/or on the watershed area.  These items directly affect our insurance liability.
  
  
• We’re looking to properly welcome new residents to the neighborhood.  If you know of, or see a new neighbor, please let the Board know so we can contact them and welcome them to the neighborhood.

• The following events are in being considered by the HOA. Please contact a board member and let them know if you would be interested in attending or helping.

Kensington Annual Yard Sale (tentatively scheduled for May 15-17)

It is imperative that we receive more participation from the residents to continue these events. Please contact a board member and volunteer a small amount of time, helping ensure we can continue with these highly-anticipated festivities.
