The next HOA meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 11 at 7 PM at the park shelter house.  All residents are welcome to attend.

We need volunteers to fill some of our board posts.

Please remember that there is NO swimming, leisure boating, or obstructions allowed in and/or on the watershed area, including the pond and the entire length of the cement waterway.  These items directly affect our insurance liability.

Please note the speed limit within our Kensington neighborhood is 25 MPH.  There are MANY young children.  Please be safe.

The Kensington Park is owned by the City of Troy, so we are not technically responsible for it.  We still feel it is our park and do feel responsible for it.  Please take care of it and report any inappropriate behavior by calling 911, as suggested by the Troy Police Department.
