- The low areas along the cement waterway will be filled with topsoil and seeded once the ground has become hard enough to support a skid loader.
- The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September 13th at 7:30 PM in the park shelter house. All residents are welcome to attend.
- Please remember that there is NO swimming, leisure boating, or obstructions allowed in and/or on the watershed area, including the pond and the entire length of the cement waterway. These items directly affect our insurance liability.
- Four-wheelers, mopeds and motor bikes are strictly prohibited in all areas of the park and park pathways.
- We’re looking to properly welcome new residents to the neighborhood. If you know of, or see a new neighbor, please let the Board know so we can contact them and welcome them to the neighborhood.
