Online Payments
Due to the expensive monthly cost, the online pay link will only be available Dec 1 through April 30th. If you need to make a payment during the time of May through November, please contact the HOA President at president@kensingtonhoa.org for further information.
Parking
When parking on the street, please leave a reasonable distance from the mailboxes so as not to hamper mail delivery.
Watershed Areas
There is NO swimming, leisure boating, or obstructions allowed in and/or on the watershed area. This includes the pond and entire length of the cement waterway. These things directly affect our insurance liability.
Speed Limit
The speed limit within our Kensington neighborhood is 25 mph. There are many young children in our community.
Kensington Park
The Kensington Park is owned by the City of Troy, so we are not technically responsible for it. Please take care of the park and report any inappropriate behavior by calling 911, as suggested by the Troy Police Department.
Trash Bins
Recently, many homeowners have been leaving trash bins out where they can be seen by the roadway. To avoid fees/penalties, please follow the guidelines as found in Article 7.6 or our bylaws. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Article 7.6 states: Garbage containers, in any, shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall be placed or screened by shrubbery, fencing or other appropriate means so as not to be visible from any road or within sight distance of the lot at any time except during refuse collection.
